When we say “Other.link”, “Other”, Site”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to Other.link (that's us!).

Other.link is a mostly private platform. That means you Other.link links or pages may be visible to anyone. Including guests on our site.

We don’t own any rights on the content you decide to share on the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure the content you post is not inappropriate or unlawful.

Private Account Information

You are required to provide an email address when registering. This email address is only used to communicate essential information and never shared with any third party.

When signing up for a paid plan or purchase anything on Other.link, we need your payment information. Certain payment information like credit card numbers or bank account numbers are not stored on our servers, but processed through Stripe.

Third Parties

We process member and visitor data only through third parties when it is necessary for the operation of our service. We have confirmed that these third parties adhere to our privacy policy and are compliant with the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We may also share member or visitor data with a third party: if required to do so by law or if in good faith, the Company believes that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: 1) comply with any legal process, including but not limited to an enforceable court order or lawful third party subpoena; 2) enforce this Privacy Policy; 3) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; or 4) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, its users and/or the public; or if Other.link is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Other.link will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


We like cookies. Who doesn't? Still we don't use cookies or tracking unless you sign up. In that case all we do is set 'session-cookies', which is more than common practice to identify who you are, while you're using the service. There is no identifying third-party tracking at all, ever.


Other.link has implemented processes intended to protect user information and maintain security of data. It is each user’s responsibility to protect the security of their login information. We have attempted to protect Other.link’s servers by locating in them areas with security procedures, using of firewalls and implementing other generally available security technologies.

These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data, but NO GUARANTEE CAN BE MADE THAT YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA WILL BE SECURE FROM INTRUSIONS AND UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE TO THIRD PARTIES.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Other.link account by contacting support [at] other.link. When your account is deleted, all of the data we hold about your account in Other.link is deleted. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you want to save anything from your account, you can export it before deleting your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by posting a prominent notice on the Other.link Site. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
